I am a Certified Massage Therapist who believes in holistic healing with heart filled hands. I love helping others! One of the best ways that I can do that is by giving body work that can help aid the body in its healing journey, be it spiritual or phyisical. 

Incorporating safe space during the bodywork is incredibly important to me. I believe that it can be a major part of your healing process, just by helping the body and soul connect in a safe space and nurturing environment. I have work I love and it shows through in the body work that I give.
